Lisa Renz, Ph.D. - President
Dr. Lisa Renz holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership with a major in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Regent University’s School of Business and Leadership. She received her MBA from St. Leo University. She currently serves on Regent University’s Board of Advisors for the MBA program, is a Beta Phi Fellow, and served as a Sam M. Walton Free Enterprise Fellow. Lisa is an Adjunct Professor at Regent University, Los Angeles Pacific University, South University, Piedmont International University, and Mid-Atlantic Christian University.
Dr. Renz is also an Executive Director of BNI Southeastern Virginia. She provides consulting and instruction to hundreds of businesses in government contracting, networking, leadership, growth, and organizational development. Additionally, Dr. Renz presents at conferences regarding networking, leadership, organizational development, workplace privacy and conflict resolution. A sought-after speaker on entrepreneurship, Lisa has presented at conferences, symposia and universities, including Oxford, on such topics as “How Entrepreneurs Learn Through Business Networks.”
In 2009, Dr. Renz was honored by Inside Business as a Top 40 Under 40. In 2010, she was honored with two awards: a Community Builder Award and Business Person of the Year by The Specialist Radio Hour. In 2012, she was elected to “Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges.” In 2013, Lisa was selected as “Outstanding Ph.D. Graduate” at Regent University’s School of Business and Leadership. In 2018, she was awarded with the Compassion Award by Compassion Advocacy Network, Inc. The Compassion Award is given to “A leader in the community who teaches the world how to love through simple acts of kindness by putting compassion into action.”
Linda Cramer - Vice President
Linda Cramer, a Certified Federal Contracts Manager, is the President and Owner of Q10 Government Contracting, a full-service bid and proposal development firm headquartered in Norfolk, VA. Linda has a M.S. degree in Management Technology from Golden Gate University and a B.A. in English and Journalism from Old Dominion University as well as numerous contracting certifications from Villanova University.
After 17 years working for a large, international firm in business development, Linda founded two highly successful, 8(a)-certified, ISO 9001:2000 registered Small Disadvantaged Businesses. Linda built the companies from the ground up, with direct responsibility for Human Resources management, infrastructure development, business systems implementation, and customer relationship management. Under Linda’s leadership as President, these firms generated over $109 Million in revenue within a 6-year period with 350 employees working on mission-critical contracts in 7 geographic locations. Customers included the U.S. Special Operations Command, the U.S. Air Force, Army, Navy, various Joint Commands, NASA, and the U.S. Department of Transportation. From $100 Million negotiated best value awards, to simpler competitive task orders, Linda has orchestrated proposals resulting in over $4 Billion in contract awards.
Steve Renz, Ph.D. - Vice President of Operations
Dr. Steve Renz is a former U.S. Marine and Law Enforcement professional with over 20 years of executive management experience. He served as an Executive Director of BNI Southeastern Virginia providing consultative services to over 500 business owners, executives and salespersons in more than 75 industries. In addition to an MBA, he holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Entrepreneurial Leadership from Regent University. He has a Six Sigma Green Belt certification and holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University.
Dr. Renz provides training and consultative services for small, medium and large firms in all aspects of government contracting. He has been responsible for the execution of numerous product and service contracts throughout the world. Specializing in effective business development strategies and leadership training programs, he has assisted small business owners procure over $160M in government contracts. Additionally, Dr. Steve Renz serves as an adjunct professor at Regent University, South University, and Piedmont International University.
